GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for photo tours and workshops in Barcelona guided by Oliver Blum Photography + Film
The following terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between participants in photo tours and workshops and Oliver Blum Photography + Film as organizer.
Dates, venues, minimum number of participants, maximum number of participants and participation fees can be found in the respective descriptions of the photo tours and workshops on the website www.barcelona-phototours.com .
1. Registration for the guided photo tours and workshops
The registration for the guided photo tours and workshops can be made in writing by online form or by email. The number of participants in a workshop is limited. The places will be allocated in the order of registration and receipt of payment on the account of Oliver Blum. The registrations are binding. With his registration the participant acknowledges these terms and conditions for the photo tours and workshops in Barcelona, led by Oliver Blum. The confirmation of the registration and the available place takes place in writing by email. Only then is the contract for participation in the event deemed concluded.
2. Terms of payment
The amounts and service descriptions published on the organiser's website at the time of registration shall apply. The amount for the event must be paid at the latest by the date of payment stated in the invoice. If cash payment has been agreed, payment must be made at the beginning or end of the event.
3. Rescission - cancellation - rebooking
The withdrawal or cancellation of a photo tour or a photo workshop by the participant is possible until 6 weeks before the event without giving reasons and must be made in writing / by e-mail. If a pBarcelonapt rebooking is not possible, payments already made will be refunded up to an administration fee of EUR 80. The naming of a replacement participant is possible without surcharge. The contract is then transferred to the replacement participant.
The following cancellation fees will be charged for all later cancellations:
up to 30 days before the start of the photo tour or workshop 50% of the total amount is payable.
Barcelona 14 days before the start of the photo tour or workshop 100% of the fee will be charged.
If the participant does not appear on the day of the event, the full amount is due.
4. Cancellation of photo tours or workshops by Barcelona Photo Tours & Workshops
Oliver Blum is entitled to cancel events if there are valid reasons or illness. Registered participants will be informed in writing / by e-mail or by telephone. Payments already made will be refunded in full. Further claims cannot be asserted.
5. Liability
Liability for damages is excluded, unless the damage is based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct of Oliver Blum. Any equipment provided (cameras, lenses, filters, tripods) must be handled with care by the participants. For damages caused by the workshop participant, he has to pay in full.
Participation in photo tours or workshops in Barcelona is at the participant's own risk. Any liability by the organizer - Barcelona Photo Tours & Workshops / Oliver Blum - is excluded.
6. Copyright, rights of use
All documents provided are the intellectual property of Oliver Blum or the respective named author.
Documents made available within the scope of photo tours and workshops are intended exclusively for private use by the participant. Without written permission of the author documents may not be used also in extracts for commercial purposes.
7. Publication of images guided and assisted by Oliver Blum Barcelona Photo Tours & Workshops
Photographs taken during the photo tours or workshops with Oliver Blum may be used by the participants for private, non-commercial purposes.
8. Additional agreements
Additional agreements require the written form / e-mail to be effective.
9. Contractual partner and place of jurisdiction
