• Kameraequipment kann nach rechtzeitiger Anfrage und Verfügbarkeit angemietet werden.
• Eintritte zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind außer bei den Workshops nicht enthalten, können aber über unsere Buchungsseite erworben werden.

• Auf der Fototour oder dem Workshop entstandene Bilder dürfen ohne Zusatzvereinbarung nur zum privaten, nicht-kommerziellen Gebrauch genutzt werden.
• Um deine Buchung zu bestätigen, ist eine Anzahlung von EUR 100.- notwendig. Der Differenzbetrag ist inklusive optionaler Eintrittsgelder oder Mieten für Equipment vor Beginn der Fototour oder dem Workshop per Überweisung auf unser Konto zu entrichten oder am Tag unserer Tour in bar zu entrichten.

Für einige Fototouren kannst du auf unserer Buchungsseite Tickets für den Eintritt zu bestimmten Sehenswürdigkeiten erwerben.
Die Gesamtkosten pro Eintritt ergeben sich aus: Ein Ticket für den Teilnehmer, ein Ticket für den Fototrainer, zusätzlich pauschal EUR 20.00, da sich die Fototour mit jedem Eintritt um etwa 30 - 45 Minuten verlängert.

• Eine individuelle Fototour oder Workshop bietet dir die Möglichkeit, deine fotografischen Interessen nach deinen persönlichen Vorlieben umzusetzen. Mit einem ausgearbeiteten Programm und individuellen fotografischen Schwerpunkten erhältst du persönliche und professionelle Anleitung. Du entdeckst einzigartige Fotomöglichkeiten auch abseits der touristischen Pfade und wirst authentische Aufnahmen machen. Die Tour wird nach deinen Interessen gestaltet, sei es Architektur, Reise oder Streetfotografie. Du hast ausreichend Zeit für Reflexion und Kreativität, um deine fotografischen Fähigkeiten zu verbessern und deine eigene künstlerische Vision zu entwickeln und zum Ausdruck zu bringen.

• Alle, die Freude am Fotografieren haben und ihre fotografischen Fähigkeiten verbessern möchten sowie über eine durchschnittliche körperliche Kondition verfügen, die die Durchführung einer Fototour oder eines Fotografie Workshops ermöglicht, profitieren von unserem Angebot. Als Fotograf mit eingeschränkter Mobilität informiere uns bitte rechtzeitig per E-Mail welche Unterstützung du benötigst um an unserem Angebot teilnehmen zu können, wir kümmern uns im Rahmen unserer Möglichkeiten. Jugendliche unter 18 Jahren sind in Begleitung eines Erziehungsberechtigten willkommen.

• Da alle Fototouren und Workshops privat geführte Touren sind, wirst nur du oder deine Gruppe bis zu max. 8 aktiven Fotografen teilnehmen. Selbstverständlich kann dein Partner als nicht aktiv teilnehmende Person unsere Tour begleiten.

• Wenn du bereits bestimmte Vorstellungen hast, schicke deine Fragen, Wünsche oder Vorschläge einfach per E-Mail an uns, damit wir gemeinsam die ideale Fototour oder einen an deine Bedürfnisse angepassten Workshop ausarbeiten können.

• Vor der Tour oder dem Workshop erhältst Du ein PDF, mit Informationen per E-Mail zugesandt. Trage der Saison und dem Wetter bedingte Kleidung und bequeme Schuhe. Führe eine kleine Flasche Wasser und einen Snack mit dir. Bringe nur den Teil deiner Fotoausrüstung mit, den wir im Vorfeld besprochen haben - je leichter desto besser.

• Das Foto-Training findet in Deutscher oder Englischer Sprache statt.

• Jede Kamera vom Smart- oder iPhone bis zur Profi-Kamera kann genutzt werden, um gute Fotos auf unseren Touren oder den Workshops zu machen. Wenn du eine Kamera mit Wechselobjektiven hast, teile mir bitte mit, über welche Objektive Du verfügst, wir treffen dann gemeinsam eine Auswahl der für die Tour oder den Workshop geeignetsten Linsen. Ideal ist ein Brennweitenbereich von Weitwinkel (16mm) bis Tele (200mm oder mehr). Solltest du über ein Tilt/Shift Objektiv verfügen, bringe es bitte mit. Ein Stativ ist auch am Tag empfohlen, aber im Gegensatz zur Nachtfotografie, kein muss. ND- bzw. Graufilter finden mit einem Stativ auch ihre Verwendung. Für den Nachtfotografie-Workshop ist ein angemessen stabiles Stativ und für etwas ältere Kameras auch ein (Kabel)Fernauslöser mit Feststellfunktion erforderlich. Eine ausreichende Anzahl an vollständig geladenen Akkus und Speichermedien ist obligatorisch.

• Nach deiner Reservierung per E-Mail oder über das Buchungs-Formular erhältst du eine Bestätigungsmail. Um deine Buchung zu bestätigen, ist eine Anzahlung per PayPal oder Bank-Überweisung in Höhe von EUR 100.- notwendig. Den Restbetrag zahlst du bitte bis spätestens zu Beginn der Fototour in Bar oder per Bank-Überweisung. Nach deiner abgeschlossenen Buchung erhältst du eine Rechnung per E-Mail.

• Es ist immer gut, wenn du mir einen Link zu deiner fotografischen Online-Präsenz (Webseite oder Soziale Medien) mitteilst, damit ich mich mit deiner fotografischen Arbeit vertraut machen kann. So kann ich besser einschätzen, woran wir gemeinsam arbeiten können. Du mir aber auch eine Auswahl deiner besten Fotos in niedriger Auflösung (72dpi) per E-Mail oder WeTransfer schicken.

• Mit der Buchung deiner Fototour erhältst du ein professionelles Foto-Coaching mit Oliver Blum. Für eine Auslandskrankenversicherung ist jeder Teilnehmer selbst verantwortlich und sollte diese vor Beginn der Fototour abgeschlossen haben. Im Preis NICHT inbegriffen sind: Kameraausrüstung, Getränke, Snacks, Eintrittspreise, Fahrkarten, Tickets, Übernachtungen, Transporte, Anreise, Abreise, Sonstiges, etc.

• Bei leichtem Regen bringe bitte einen Regenschutz und einen Schirm sowie geeignetes Schuhwerk und optional einen Schutz für deine Kamera mit. Sollten die zu Beginn der Tour herrschenden Wetterbedingungen unsere Fototour oder den Workshop soweit beeinträchtigen, dass eine Durchführung nicht möglich ist, werden wir versuchen, sie zu verschieben. Ist dies aus terminlichen Gründen nicht möglich, wird dir der bereits gezahlte Betrag bis auf eine Verwaltungsgebühr von EUR 50 erstattet.

• Wenn ein Teilnehmer eine bereits (an)gezahlte Fototour absagen muss, werden wir im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten versuchen, einen neuen Termin für die Tour zu vereinbaren. Ist dies nicht möglich und der Teilnehmer sagt bis zu 14 Tagen vor dem vereinbarten Termin ab, erstatten wir alle bereits gezahlten Beträge, abzüglich einer Verwaltungsgebühr von EUR 50. Sagt der Teilnehmer eine Tour innerhalb von 14 Tagen vor dem vereinbarten Termin ab, ist eine Erstattung der bereits gezahlten Beträge nicht mehr möglich und der Gesamtbetrag fristgerecht ohne Abzug innerhalb von 14 Tagen zahlbar.

• Wir werden gemeinsam versuchen, einen zeitnahen Termin für die Fototour oder den Workshop zu finden. Sollte dies nicht möglich sein, wird "Barcelona Fototouren & Workshops" den bereits gezahlten Betrag erstatten, darüber hinaus kann kein weiterer Anspruch geltend gemacht werden.

• Ich nehme zur Kenntnis, dass dies eine private Tour und keine öffentliche Veranstaltung ist und akzeptiere mit meiner Unterschrift folgenden Haftungausschluss:
  Oliver Blum übernimmt den Teilnehmern gegenüber grundsätzlich keine Haftung für Personen-, Sach- und Vermögensschäden, die vor, während oder nach der Fototour oder des Fotografie Workshops eintreten, ebenso wenig für während der Fototour oder des Fotografie Workshops abhanden gekommene oder beschädigte Gegenstände.
  Ich nehme zur Kenntnis, dass ich im Falle eines Unfalles keinerlei Ansprüche an Oliver Blum stellen kann.
  Oliver Blum haftet für durch einzelne Teilnehmer verursachte Schäden nur, soweit ihm ein selbständiges Mitverschulden zur Last fällt.

• Coaching is conducted in German or English.
• Only you, your partner, or your group of up to 8 people may participate.
• Camera equipment can be rented based on availability.
• Admission fees are not included and are due before the tour begins.

• Photos taken during the photo tour or workshop may only be used for private and non-commercial purposes.
• To complete your booking, a deposit of EUR 100.- is required. The remaining amount, including optional entrance fees or equipment rentals, is to be paid via bank transfer to our account before the start of the photo tour or workshop, or in cash on the day of our tour.

• An individual photo tour / workshop gives you the opportunity to pursue your photographic interests according to your preferences. You'll discover unique photo opportunities off the beaten path and create authentic images. The tour will be tailored to your interests, whether it's architecture, travel, or street photography. You'll have ample time for reflection and creativity to enhance your photographic skills and develop and express your own artistic vision.

• Anyone who enjoys photography and wants to improve their photographic skills, and has an average level of physical fitness allowing them to participate in a photo tour or photography workshop, can benefit from our offering. If you are a photographer with limited mobility, please inform us in advance by email about the support you need to participate in our offering, and we will do our best to accommodate within our capabilities. Individuals under 18 years of age are welcome when accompanied by a guardian.

• Since all photo tours and workshops are privately guided, only you or your group of up to a maximum of 8 active photographers will participate. Of course, your partner can accompany the tour as a non-active participant.

• If you already have specific ideas, simply send your questions, preferences, or suggestions by email to us, so that together we can create the ideal photo tour or workshop tailored to your needs.

• Prior to the tour or workshop, you will receive an information PDF via email. Dress according to the season and weather, and wear comfortable shoes. Bring a small water bottle and a snack. Only bring the part of your photography equipment that we have discussed beforehand - the lighter, the better.

• The photography training is conducted in German or English.

• Any camera, from a smartphone or iPhone to a professional camera, can be used to take good photos on our tours or workshops. If you have a camera with interchangeable lenses, please let me know which lenses you have, and we will together select the most suitable lenses for the tour or workshop. An ideal focal length range is from wide-angle (16mm) to telephoto (200mm or more). If you have a tilt/shift lens, please bring it along. A tripod is recommended during the day but not mandatory, except for night photography. ND or gray filters can also be used with a tripod. For the night photography workshop, a reasonably stable tripod and, for slightly older cameras, a (cable) remote shutter release with lock function are required. An adequate number of fully charged batteries and memory cards are obligatory.

• After your reservation by email or through the booking form, you will receive a confirmation email. To confirm your booking, a deposit of EUR 100.- is required via PayPal or bank transfer. Please pay the remaining amount in cash or via bank transfer by the start of the photo tour at the latest. After completing your booking, you will receive an invoice by email.

• It's always good if you provide me with a link to your photographic online presence (website or social media) so that I can familiarize myself with your photographic work. This will help me better understand what we can work on together. Alternatively, you can also send me a selection of your best photos in low resolution (72dpi) via email or WeTransfer.

• Booking a photo tour includes professional photo coaching with Oliver Blum. Each participant is responsible for their own travel insurance, including foreign health insurance, and should have this arranged before the start of the photo tour. Not included in the price: camera equipment, drinks, snacks, entrance fees, tickets, accommodations, transportation, arrival, departure, miscellaneous, etc.

• If your accommodation is near our route, I will pick you up at the main entrance at the agreed-upon time. Otherwise, we will meet at a predetermined meeting point at the agreed-upon time.

• In case of light rain, please bring a rain cover, an umbrella, suitable footwear, and optionally a protective cover for your camera. If the weather conditions at the start of the tour significantly affect our photo tour or workshop, making it impossible to proceed, we will try to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible due to scheduling constraints, the amount already paid will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of EUR 50.

• If a participant needs to cancel a prepaid photo tour, we will attempt to arrange a new date for the tour, if possible. If this is not possible and the participant cancels up to 14 days before the agreed-upon date, we will refund all amounts paid, minus an administrative fee of EUR 50. If a participant cancels a tour within 14 days of the agreed-upon date, no refunds will be possible, and the total amount will be due within 14 days without deductions.

• We will jointly attempt to find a suitable date for the photo tour or workshop. If this is not possible, "Barcelona Photo Tours & Workshops" will refund the amount already paid; no further claims can be made.

• I acknowledge that this is a private tour and not a public event, and I accept the following disclaimer with my signature:
  Oliver Blum is generally not liable to participants for personal, property, or financial damages that occur before, during, or after the photo tour or photography workshop, nor for items lost or damaged during the photo tour or photography workshop.
  I acknowledge that in the event of an accident, I cannot make any claims against Oliver Blum.
  Oliver Blum is only liable for damages caused by individual participants to the extent that he bears independent contributory negligence.

• Cualquier persona que disfrute de la fotografía y desee mejorar sus habilidades fotográficas, y tenga un nivel promedio de condición física que le permita participar en un recorrido fotográfico o taller de fotografía, puede beneficiarse de nuestra oferta. Si eres un fotógrafo con movilidad limitada, avísanos con anticipación por correo electrónico sobre el apoyo que necesitas para participar en nuestra oferta, y haremos todo lo posible para adaptarnos dentro de nuestras posibilidades. Los menores de 18 años pueden participar acompañados por un tutor legal.

Si tienes una cámara con lentes intercambiables, por favor avísame qué lentes tienes, y juntos seleccionaremos los lentes más adecuados para el recorrido o taller. Un rango de distancia focal ideal es desde gran angular (16 mm) hasta teleobjetivo (200 mm o más). Si tienes un lente tilt/shift, por favor tráelo contigo. Se recomienda un trípode durante el día, pero no es obligatorio, excepto para la fotografía nocturna. Los filtros ND o gris también se pueden usar con un trípode. Para el taller de fotografía nocturna, se requiere un trípode razonablemente estable y, para cámaras ligeramente más antiguas, un disparador remoto (cableado) con función de bloqueo. Es obligatorio contar con suficientes baterías completamente cargadas y tarjetas de memoria.

• Después de realizar tu reserva por correo electrónico o a través del formulario de reserva, recibirás un correo de confirmación. Para confirmar tu reserva, se requiere un depósito de EUR 100.- a través de PayPal o transferencia bancaria. Por favor, paga el monto restante en efectivo o mediante transferencia bancaria antes del inicio del recorrido fotográfico como máximo. Después de completar tu reserva, recibirás una factura por correo electrónico.

• Siempre es bueno que me proporciones un enlace a tu presencia fotográfica en línea (sitio web o redes sociales) para que pueda familiarizarme con tu trabajo fotográfico. Esto me ayudará a comprender mejor en qué podemos trabajar juntos. Alternativamente, también puedes enviarme una selección de tus mejores fotos en baja resolución (72 ppp) por correo electrónico o WeTransfer.

• La reserva de un recorrido fotográfico incluye entrenamiento profesional de fotografía con Oliver Blum. Cada participante es responsable de su propio seguro de viaje, incluido el seguro de salud en el extranjero, y debe tenerlo organizado antes del inicio del recorrido fotográfico. Si las condiciones climáticas al inicio del recorrido afectan significativamente nuestro recorrido fotográfico o taller, haciéndolo imposible de llevar a cabo, intentaremos reprogramar. Si no es posible reprogramar debido a restricciones de horario, se reembolsará la cantidad ya pagada, menos una tarifa administrativa de EUR 50.

• Si un participante necesita cancelar un recorrido fotográfico prepagado, intentaremos acordar una nueva fecha para el recorrido, si es posible. Si no es posible y el participante cancela hasta 14 días antes de la fecha acordada, reembolsaremos todos los montos pagados, menos una tarifa administrativa de EUR 50. Si un participante cancela un recorrido dentro de los 14 días previos a la fecha acordada, no se realizarán reembolsos y el monto total será exigible en un plazo de 14 días sin deducciones.

• Intentaremos encontrar juntos una fecha adecuada para el recorrido fotográfico o taller. Si esto no es posible, "Barcelona Photo Tours & Workshops" reembolsará la cantidad ya pagada; no se pueden presentar reclamaciones adicionales.

• Reconozco que esta es una visita privada y no un evento público, y acepto el siguiente descargo de responsabilidad con mi firma:
  Oliver Blum no asume ninguna responsabilidad ante los participantes por daños personales, materiales o patrimoniales que ocurran antes, durante o después de la visita fotográfica o el taller de fotografía, ni por objetos perdidos o dañados durante la visita fotográfica o el taller.

• Tutti coloro che amano la fotografia e desiderano migliorare le loro abilità fotografiche e che hanno un livello medio di forma fisica che permette loro di partecipare a un tour fotografico o a un workshop di fotografia, possono beneficiare della nostra offerta. Se sei un fotografo con mobilità limitata, ti preghiamo di informarci in anticipo via email sul supporto di cui hai bisogno per partecipare alla nostra offerta e faremo del nostro meglio per adattarci alle nostre possibilità. I minori di 18 anni possono partecipare accompagnati da un tutore legale.

Per il workshop di fotografia notturna, è richiesto un treppiede ragionevolmente stabile e, per le fotocamere leggermente più vecchie, un telecomando a distanza (cavo) con funzione di blocco. È obbligatorio disporre di un numero adeguato di batterie completamente cariche e schede di memoria.

• Dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione via email o tramite il modulo di prenotazione, riceverai una email di conferma. Per confermare la prenotazione, è richiesto un deposito di EUR 100.- tramite PayPal o bonifico bancario. Per favore, paga l'importo rimanente in contanti o tramite bonifico bancario entro l'inizio del tour fotografico al massimo. Dopo aver completato la prenotazione, riceverai una fattura via email.

• È sempre utile se mi fornisci un link alla tua presenza fotografica online (sito web o social media) in modo che possa familiarizzare con il tuo lavoro fotografico. Questo mi aiuterà a capire meglio su cosa possiamo lavorare insieme. In alternativa, puoi anche inviarmi una selezione delle tue migliori foto in bassa risoluzione (72dpi) tramite email o WeTransfer.

• La prenotazione di un tour fotografico include una formazione fotografica professionale con Oliver Blum. Ogni partecipante è responsabile della propria assicurazione di viaggio, inclusa l'assicurazione sanitaria all'estero, e dovrebbe averla organizzata prima dell'inizio del tour fotografico. Non incluso nel prezzo: attrezzatura fotografica, bevande, snack, tariffe d'ingresso, biglietti, alloggi, trasporti, arrivo, partenza, spese varie, ecc.

• Se la tua sistemazione è vicino alla nostra percorso, ti prenderò all'ingresso principale all'orario concordato. In caso contrario, ci incontreremo presso un punto di incontro prestabilito all'orario concordato.

• In caso di pioggia leggera, porta per favore una copertura antipioggia, un ombrello, calzature adatte e facoltativamente una copertura protettiva per la tua fotocamera. Se le condizioni meteorologiche all'inizio del tour influenzano significativamente il nostro tour fotografico o workshop, rendendone impossibile la realizzazione, cercheremo di riprogrammare. Se la riprogrammazione non è possibile a causa di vincoli di programmazione, l'importo già pagato verrà rimborsato, meno una tassa amministrativa di EUR 50.

• Se un partecipante deve annullare un tour fotografico prepagato, cercheremo di concordare una nuova data per il tour, se possibile. Se ciò non è possibile e il partecipante annulla fino a 14 giorni prima della data concordata, rimborseremo tutte le somme pagate, meno una tassa amministrativa di EUR 50. Se un partecipante annulla un tour entro 14 giorni dalla data concordata, non saranno possibili rimborsi e l'importo totale sarà dovuto entro 14 giorni senza detrazioni.

• Cercheremo insieme di trovare una data idonea per il tour fotografico o il workshop. Se ciò non fosse possibile, "Barcelona Photo Tours & Workshops" rimborserà l'importo già pagato; non saranno possibili ulteriori reclami.

• Riconosco che questo è un tour privato e non un evento pubblico, e accetto il seguente esonero di responsabilità con la mia firma:
  Oliver Blum non si assume alcuna responsabilità nei confronti dei partecipanti per danni personali, materiali o patrimoniali che si verifichino prima, durante o dopo il tour fotografico o il workshop di fotografia, né per oggetti smarriti o danneggiati durante il tour fotografico o il workshop.
  Riconosco che, in caso di incidente, non posso presentare alcuna richiesta di risarcimento nei confronti di Oliver Blum.
  Oliver Blum è responsabile per i danni causati da singoli partecipanti solo nella misura in cui gli possa essere attribuita una colpa concorrente indipendente.
